Our service is innovative in the market, and we aim to revolutionise and bring prepared solutions at a cost which is suitable to the needs of each Small and Medium Company and prepared A La Carte.

Our company is mainly dedicated to the study and implementation of structural and operational services in the hotel and restaurant businesses. We perform Specific studies to give answers a la carte.


 

Culinary Gourmet Consulting  is a young idea born in September 2011, the project became a reality in 2013. It is a business was inaugurated in 2014 and has reinvented itself in Culinary Gourmet 360º in 2022. With a wide experience in Restaurant Business Consulting, Catering, and Small Restaurants as far as  IMPROVEMENTS and COST REDUCTION are concerned.

Our knowledge is based on a wide experience in these areas in addiction to the knowledge acquired in a prestigious Catering Multinational, Chains of Hotels and Restaurants.  Culinary Gourmet Consulting has the following objectives for our customers: reducing costs, optimizing human resources, production improvement, innovation & design of menus, functions planning, as well as updating staff training.

  • Production Director and Head Chef at Gate Gourmet Portugal Serviços de Catering, Lda. 

    • Catering Company for aviation, Gourmet Train Restaurants, Retail and Restaurants, with a unit in Lisbon, a partner in Faro and Funchal and it is part of Gategourmet Multinational, which is present in 25 countries, and prepares about 200 million meals each day.

  • Head Production Chef and Head Chef - Grande Hotel Lido *** Valência, Spain

    • Family Hotel with 88 rooms specialized at Menu a la Carte of rice and Mediterranean Cuisine, banquets and company meals with the capacity for 1500 clients per meal.

  •  Production Chef and Head Chef - Nottingham Royal Moat House Hotel**** (U.K.)

    • It belongs to QMH United Kingdom which has18 hotels in United Kingdom, including 12 Holiday Inn, 3 Crowne Plaza and 3 ocidental. RMH Hotel has got 7 Restaurants with a wide variety of gastronomic options such as a French restaurant, Cavering, Brassery, Italian, Penthouse, Banquets, and Coffee Shop.
       

Also Associates Degree in Food and Beverages Technology and Post Graduate Degree in Catering Business Management by Escola Superior de Hoteleira de Euskadi, Bilbao, Spain; Certificate of Pedagogic Aptitude and Training, Training in new Production Techniques (Map, Nacka, Hot Filling, Sous- vide, Vacuum, etc.). Gate Gourmet Zurich (Swiss). Certificate in Continuous Improvement “Six Sigma” Gate Gourmet Zurich (Swiss).  – Wide and specific knowledge of Hotel and Restaurant companies
